Jason Harris, MRICS

Jason Harris joined the practice of Richard Inniss and Company which was part of the South East Surveys Group in 1988, qualifying as an Associate Member of the Incorporated Society of Valuers and Auctioneers in 1994 and becoming a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1998. Since commencing his career in the latter part of the 1980s he has been involved in a wide variety of projects involving inspections of most types of residential and commercial buildings which has allowed him to build up considerable experience in preparing Building Surveys and Homebuyers Reports for clients purchasing residential property as well as preparing Schedules of Dilapidations, Repair and Condition on all types of commercial property for both landlord and tenant clients. The wide range of experience obtained over his career has led to his involvement in a number of associated disciplines which includes planning and design, project management and dispute resolution in connection with commercial landlord and tenant matters as well as between clients and contractors. In 2008 he became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Federation of Master Builders Adjudication Panel for Dispute Resolution. With the further training involved in this appointment this has added to the breadth of experience that can be used in advising his clients. His experience gained over the last 20 years in the surveying profession means that he is able to offer practical advice to clients on a wide range of matters in relation to residential and commercial property, whether the client is purchasing, renting, extending and altering or requires advice in connection with a dispute or court action requiring an Expert Witness.  

Jason Harris set up five years ago a project management construction company, South East Design and Build which tenders for and undertakes construction of alteration and extension schemes providing a tailored construction and project management service. It provides a single point contact for his clients utilising his knowledge and experience to control the management of various contractors and parties involved in a project to achieve a completion on time and budget.

William Bradley
BSc (Hons) MRICS, CUEW

William Bradley qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1992 while working in the District Valuers in South East London.   During his eight years at the District Valuers he valued a wide range of properties including the Cutty Sark in Greenwich, an airfield and the Maritime Museum. He then moved into private practice and worked for CB Richard Ellis, responsible for the asset management of various shopping centres.   In 2003 he moved back to the South London area to work and deals with a wide range of professional services including valuations for compulsory purchase, homebuyers survey and valuation reports, commercial rent reviews and lease renewals, valuations for tax and matrimonial purposes.   He is experienced in leasehold reform matters and values houses, individual flats, and blocks of flats for all purposes under the Acts. He acts as an expert witness and obtained his Expert Witness Certificate from Cardiff University in November 2006.
